What is Project Gaea?

Project Gaea is an exchange program where you can trade your gently used Voodoo Hippie Girl pieces for a deep discount on new styles. This is ideal for situations in which your size, or taste undergoes change, or if you simply would like to update your closet with the latest styles. In turn, your used pieces will gain a second life right here where they began by being resold at a deep discount to another person who will make new memories in them, and love them as much as you have.

How it Works:

1. Gather up the Voodoo Hippie Girl pieces that you no longer wear. Carefully check each peice for damage, stains, etc. and record what you find

2. Pack everything up into a USPS flat rate box; (please choose the smallest box to accommodate what you are packing up).You can get these online from the USPS website or at your local Post Office.  Don't forget to include a copy of your notes from the inspection you did. I will need them to compare to my own inspection. In addition to this, please include your email, first and last name, shipping address and a phone number (in case I need to contact you regarding your items)*, information on your home, such as Smoking/Non-smoking, pets/no pets, oily home or anything else that a customer would like to know when purchasing pre-loved items. YOU MAY SKIP THIS STEP IF YOU ARE LOCAL IN THE KANSAS CITY AREA**

3. Send an email to Kat@VoodooHippieGirl.com cc to VoodooHippieGirl@gmail.com with "PROJECT GAEA" in the subject line. Include the following information in the body of the email: -How many items you are sending in -Size of the USPS Flat Rate box that you packed your items into. Copies of all info sent with your package. -How did you aquire these items? (ie; Purchased from online store, received them as a gift, purchased from maker locally at ___________,etc). **LOCALS IN THE KANSAS CITY AREA PLEASE ALSO INCLUDE INFORMATION ABOUT HOW I CAN GET THESE ITEMS FROM YOU. I am available in most cases to pick them up from you, or you can drop them off to me at my home/studio almost any time.

4. Keep an eye out for a reply containing your shipping label (YES! I am taking care of the shipping!). Print the label, affix it to the box, and drop it off with your local post office within 10 days from the date on the email. (to avoid the cost of postage on packages that never get sent, I will be voiding any shipping labels that do not have tracking updates after 10 days. Please contact me right away if you need extra time. I will work with you on it.

5. Check your email for your compensation. Upon receipt of your package, I will do my own inspection. If everything is in order*, I will issue you a digital code good for 30% off an entire order. This code will be good on just about everything including Clearance/Sale items and even custom orders with the only exception being the exchange itself. Codes will not be valid on secondhand items, This code will be valid for one use only however, there will be no limits as to how many items you can buy in that order, and there will also be no minimum purchase requirement. *If there is an issue or i have questions, I will contact you and we will go from there,
